For delivery or pick up of your mare, please contact us on our office phone at 859.846.5000.  We require a two week notice of delivery and a 2 – 3 day notice for pick up. This will allow us time to schedule and prepare for her arrival, making sure all documentation is provided, or to give us time to prepare your final billing and make copies of your mare’s reproduction records.

VERY IMPORTANT!  As much as we would like to accommodate everyone’s schedules, we must ask you to PLEASE understand, horses will only be allowed in and out of the farm during regular working hours.  If you need an overnite stay, please let our office know, we are pleased to make a reservation for you at the Best Western in Frankfort.  Or, you may call them direct at 502.695.6111.  This hotel is able to accommodate parking for trucks and trailers, allows pets and has easy access to the highway and our farm.  Advise them you are with DeGraff Stables/Liberty Farm and obtain our special rate on a room with 2 double beds.     

Directions to Liberty Farm:

Directions from I-75:   We are located in Midway; halfway between Lexington and the state’s capitol; Frankfort.  From I-75 in Kentucky, Go West on I-64 approximately 9 miles to the Midway exit; Exit #65, this is Route 341, Go South 1000 Feet to the Stop Sign, this is Route 421.  Go Right or West on Route 421 Leestown Road approximately 4.0 miles.  We are the second drive on your left hand side past the cross road of Route 1685. Look for the Stone Pillars at the entrance:  Liberty Farm.        

Directions from I-64: If Westbound; follow above directions via Exit#65. IfEastbound: Take the Frankfort Exit, Exit #58, this is Route 60, go North 1 mile toRoute 421 South. This is Leestown Road. There is a large Toyota Dealer on theright-hand side. You will turn Right at the light and go3.6 miles. We are on the right hand side across from a 4.0 road mile marker. Look for theStone Pillars at the entrance: Liberty Farm.

Directions from Lakeside Arena, 1385 Duncan Road, Frankfort, KY; 6.76 Miles/10 Minutes: Go Right or North on KY-1681 toward Corporate Drive, Turn Left onto US-60 W/Versailles Road, go 1.4 miles and Merge Right onto US-421 South at the Toyota Dealer.  Go 4.3 miles and we are on Right across from the 4.0 mile marker.

Directions from Tattersalls at The Red Mile, 847 S. Broadway, Lexington, KY: 17.44 Miles/23 Minutes: Go Southwest on S Broadway/US-68 to Bucoto Ct., Turn Right onto Red Mile Road/KY-1723 N., Continue N on KY-1723 2.2 miles, turn Left onto Leestown Road/US-421 N and continue 15.1 miles and we are on the Left.  We are the 2nd driveway past the crossroad of Rte 1685/Woodlake Road.

Directions from Keeneland Race Track & Sales Pavilion, 4201 Versailled Road, Lexington, KY: 19.25 Miles/23 Minutes:  Go East on Versailles Rd/US-60 E toward Man O’War Blvd 1.9 miles, Merge onto New Circle Rd/US-60 BYP N/KY-4 toward I-75/I-64, go 2.7 miles, take the Leestown Rd/Us-421 exit, Exit 7, toward Frankfort/Lexington, turn Left on US-421 N and continue 14.4 miles and we are on left.  We are the 2nd driveway past the crossroad of Rte 1685/Woodlake Road

Directions from Kentucky Horse Park, 4089 Iron Works Pike, Lexington, KY: 14.37 Miles/17 Minutes: Turn Right onto Iron Works Pike/KY-1973 to I-75 S, Merge onto I-64 W toward Frankfort, go 9 miles to KY-341, Exit #65, toward US-62 W/Midway/Versailles, Turn Left onto KY-341, Turn slight Right onto US-421 N/US-62 W, Continue to follow US-421 N 4.2 miles and we are on the Left. We are the 2nd drive past Route 1685/Woodlake Road.
